Returns & Exchanges

We want you happy with your color and comfort. If you need to swap or return, here’s how it works.

Exchanges

  • Request within 7 days of receipt.

  • Unopened lenses only. Please check the box condition before opening.

  • If the reason is personal preference (not a verified fault or wrong item), the customer covers shipping/customs/taxes/banking fees (regardless of country).

  • If we shipped a wrong item or there’s a verified defect, Ray Lenses covers all shipping/tax/customs/banking fees once approved.

Returns & refunds

  • Request within 7 days of receipt; unopened unless a verified defect.

  • Preference-based returns: customer covers logistics/fees (as above).

  • After the returned parcel is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the refund step.

  • On card refunds, the site notes: SAR 6 deduction for prepaid cards and 3% fee for credit-card payments (where applicable by processor). Bank processing may take 3–14 business days depending on method/bank. 

Promotions
During promotional periods, exchanges/returns aren’t accepted unless there’s a product fault.

Local delivery fee (Bahrain)
Orders delivered in Bahrain may include a BHD 2.0 delivery fee.
